The frequency of your workouts depends on your fitness goals and current fitness level. We recommend at least 3-4 workouts per week for optimal results.
Yes, all of our personal trainers are certified by nationally recognized organizations such as NASM and ISSA. They have the knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals.
It depends on the severity of the injury. We recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any exercise program. If cleared (will need written documentation from physician), our personal trainers can modify your workouts to accommodate your injury.
We like to start with a FREE Fitness Consultation to get to know you, find out what your fitness goals are, and show you what we have to offer. If you would like to continue with Personal Training, a second appointment will be made for weigh in, measurements, photos, and help with getting started on our app. At this appointment, payment plans will be set up.
All of our members get FULL online app access that has WEEKLY meal plan guides based on MACROS, and additional workouts to do on your own.
Whether you sign up for a 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 month commitment, you get to bring a friend with you to one of your sessions. You can bring a different friend every month.
